I can't get Anonymous FTP to work.

Anonymous FTP requires a dedicated ip address which can be purchased as an additional feature from WideDomain Internet. You must first turn it on in your cPanel control panel.

Look under "account settings" then "ftp manager" then finally "anonymous ftp manager" and check the box "allow anonymous ftp" and click "Save Settings"

You can then login to it using the username: anonymous@yourdomain.com for it to work and of course an email address for the password.

You should note that allowing Anonymous FTP can be a security hazard. We can not be held responsible if someone causes you damage due to this feature being turned on.
